Once you book, you have 24 hours to pay the deposit — that’s what holds the chair. It’s non-refundable, and it comes off your service. For extensions, part of it goes toward ordering your hair.

K-tips and sew-ins. Your hair gets ordered about a week and a half before the install so it’s guaranteed to arrive, and maintenance runs every four to six weeks.

Big color runs four to six hours, so it should be your four to six hours. Before your first visit you’ll fill out a short form about what you’re into — the movie on the TV, the music, all of it. Snacks and drinks are on her, and you leave with written aftercare, product samples, and your rebooking date.
